Courses

Learn the pillars of S-CAN®. Learn a new language, the language of strategy and fundamental thinking.

Basic – Introduction to S-CAN® – 5 hours. Three phases in one session. Advanced – S-CAN® and CestA® – 16 hours. Exercises of fundamental thinking. From history to robotics and disruption to new social relations. Three phases in four sessions, two days. Intensive – Mastering S-CAN® and CestA® – 45 hours. Certification

In a personal one on one intensive exercise of applying S-CAN® to a specific challenge-opportunity case of the participant’s interest, and under a strict timeless limited confidentiality agreement, an official certification would be awarded, acknowledging the participant’s masterly dominance of the model.

By applying S-CAN® a leader can achieve a specific business development and/or generate innovation. Consultants have the option to enhance his/her advice spectrum through the S-CAN® model implementation.

Started in Germany in 1998 CestA helped, among others, a Köln based B2B reverse auction web platform to reorient their business plan, which allow it to avoid bankruptcy, obtain big clients and get acquired by an important investment group from London shortly thereafter. From a major traditional film and television production company in Potsdam, that reduced its costs 30 percent, as a result of few reunions with CestA, to a multinational mining enterprise where a process was re organized saving time and millions; many other organizations and leaders in both, private and public sectors in Europe and America, have taken benefit of our advice.
